When Will Yahushua Return?
How Long Ago Since Adam Was Created?
I ask this question because I do not believe the creation of this earth and the length of time since Adam was created are the same. “In the beginning Elohim created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of Elohim moved upon the face of the waters” (Genesis 1:1-2, emphasis added). When Elohim created the Universe, He created planet earth at the same time along with all the other heavenly bodies. As it was originally created, it was “void [emptiness]; and darkness was upon the face of the deep [a surging mass of water]." In the Creation Week account that follows there is no mention of Elohim creating the water. The water was already here when He first created the Universe of which the earth is a very small speck. Earth was a ball covered completely with water!
In determining the time since Adam was created we can go into the books of Genesis and Exodus and determine from them the length of time from when Adam was created until Israel came out of the land of Egypt.

The children of Israel left Egypt in the year 1437 BC. See the Jubilee Calendar Chart #3 in Part 2b of this study. Seventy Jubilee Cycles from 1437 BC when the Jubilee calendar began extends to AD 1994 when the 70th Jubilee Cycle was observed. The study on Charts 1 & 2 (Click on shaded area to go to link.) from this series shows that a Jubilee cycle is 49 years in length.
70 x 49 + 1 = 3,431 years
+ 2,668 years
= 6,099 years
In Daniel 7:25 we read, "he will think to make alterations in time and law."
In Jeremiah 8:8 we read "How do ye say, We are wise, and the law of the LORD is with us? Lo, certainly in vain made he it; the pen of the scribes is in vain."
We know that the Daniel 7:25 is talking about the "little horn" which we discovered is the papacy. Click on shaded area to go to the study on Daniel Chapter 7. But what about what is said in Jeremiah 8:8? Do we have any assurance that the scribes always copied what they were copying correctly? We can read about how ancient Israel never followed the ways of Elohim in the Old Testament. Is it just a possibility that the scribes perverted the Scriptures? If they did, which I believe they did, then I believe this is one of those instances that can be found in the Old Testament where they had their hand in mischief-making. Actually they were used by Satan in order to keep us from arriving at important information in order to keep us from discovering certain precious truths.
If they made two minor changes in the age of the Patriarchs by adding 100 years to one and subtracting 1 year from another you would have 99 years which I believe is what was done. Do I have any proof for this? No. But bear with me as we continue with this study on that assumption.
If the total number of years from Adam to AD 1994 is 6,000 years instead of 6,099 then it will coincide with the 70th Jubilee year being AD 1994. I believe the 70th Jubilee year is accurately given as AD 1994 and 1437 BC is the true date of the Exodus from Egypt. The Jubilee Calendar from 1437 BC to AD 1994 has a template built into it. The charts given in Part 2b of this study show that the years of 457 BC, 408 BC, AD 34, and AD 1798 are specific years pointed out in the prophecies of Daniel, and it is not just a coincidence that they fall on Jubilee years but are there to show us the validity of the 70 year Jubilee calendar and their starting point and ending point. So the 70th Jubilee year of AD 1994 and the 6,000th year since Adam was created confirm one another. Today we are in the 23rd year since AD 1994 and in the 6023rd year since Adam was created.
The Biblical New Year begins at the first full moon after the Spring Equinox. See Exodus 12:2. We are now in the 6023rd year since the Creation of Adam upon this earth. This is according to the information provided to us from the books of Genesis and Exodus from the geneaolgies of the Patriarchs and to the time when the children of Israel left Egypt. I believe that Elohim works on a time scedule that He has set up and can be comprehended by man. In the beginning, He set up the 7 day week during the week of Creation. Six work days and 7th day Sabbath. Many, including myself, believe this how the plan of salvation is depicted also. We are told "that one day is with Yahuwah as a thousand years, and thousand years as one day" (2 Peter 3:8). 6,000 years of sin upon planet earth and then the Sabbath Millenium (1,000 years) is spent in heaven prior to returning to this earth when Elohim will set up His everlasting kingdom which will last throughout eternity.
If there was a 99 year error, then we are now in the 6023rd year since Adam was created and not in the year 6122. In Daniel Chapter 9 (click on the shaded area to go to the link) is a prophecy that is discussed at length in my book, Go, Tell the World Their Danger! Israel was given 70 weeks (70 x 7 = 490 years prophetically which is ten Jubilee Cycles) to set up the everlasting kingdom and to "bring in everlasting righteousness." They failed in accomplishing Elohim's earnest desire for their nation, and in AD 34, Elohim ended His relationship with the nation of Israel. Thirty-six years later in AD 70, the city of Jerusalem and the Temple for the worship of Elohim were destroyed as was prophesied in Daniel 9. Why the additional thrity-six years after He given them 490 years to finish the transgression and bring in everlasting righteousness? Seventy, as in AD 70, 70 years of Babylonian captivity, 70 weeks determined on the nation of Israel, and 70 elders appointed as judges to assist Moses, in the Bible is a number that has to do with judgment. See Numbers 11:16, 24, Jeremiah 25:12, Daniel 9:24. The additional 36 years years brings us to the year AD 70 when the city of Jerusalem and the Temple were destroyed. This was also discussed in Part 2a of this series.
If you will look at charts 1-5 found in Part 2b of this study, you will see the 70 Jubilee cycles. Part 1, with Charts #1 and #2, show evidence that 49 years are contained in a Jubilee cycle. See Leviticus 25 for when Elohim set up this cycle at the Exodus from Egypt. The Jubilee cycle is what Elohim set up for the nation of Israel to mark time and ultimately for mankind to study and discover a precious truth pertaining to our day in which we are living.
We know that "Yahushua Messiah is the same yesterday, and today, and forever" (Hebrews 13:8). And Elohim is no different than His Son. They are consistent. They are consistent in Their manner of dealing with mankind. I ask the question: if Elohim gave an additional 36 years to the nation of Israel before He destroyed their city and Temple, is He giving us an additional 36 years before the conclusion of this earth's history takes place and Yahushua returns? If so then we are into the 23rd year since the 70th Jubilee Cycle ended in AD 1994, hence 6023 (2017-2018). The 6,000th year of earth's history ended in AD 1994 when the 70th Jubilee cycle also ended. And if we are in the 23rd year since the 6,000th year, do we have another 13 years, including the one we are in right now, (22 years have already passed since the 70th Jubilee Cycle ended in AD 1994.) before the end comes and Yahushua returns? If so, then 2030 A.D. would be the 36th year since the 70th Jubilee Cycle ended which was also the 6,000th year of this history since Adam was created?
With the condition of the world, one wonders whether we can even bear another 13 years? I became a Christian in 1973 expecting Yahushua to return very soon. Forty-four years later and He has not returned yet? Has there been a delay? Elohim's purposes know no haste or delay. He is punctual; always right on time. "But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My Master delayeth His coming" (Matthew 24:48, emphasis added). It may very well be that we have not understood Elohim's timeline correctly? In Acts 1:7, Yahushua told His disciples "It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which My Father hath put in His Own power" (emphasis added). It may not have been necessary for the disciples to know, but it may be necessary for us to understand "the times and the seasons!" Yahushua told us He will return and when He does He will be right on time; His time, not our time. My wife and I have memorized a number of the Psalms, and over and over again we have come across the word "wait." We are an impatient species. We have need of patience. "For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of Elohim, ye might receive the promise. For yet a little while, and He that shall come will come, and will not tarry" (Hebrews 10:36-37, emphasis added). When Yahushua returns, He will come right on time and "will not tarry" even though to us it may seem that He does. "Amen. Even so, come, Master Yahushua" (Revelation 22:20).
