When Will Yahushua Return?
How Long Ago Since Adam Was Created?
I ask this question because I do not believe the creation of this earth and the length of time since Adam was created are the same. “In the beginning Elohim created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of Elohim moved upon the face of the waters” (Genesis 1:1-2, emphasis added). When Elohim created the Universe, He created planet earth at the same time, along with all the other heavenly bodies. As the earth was originally created, it was “void [emptiness]; and darkness was upon the face of the deep [a surging mass of water]." In the Creation Week account that follows there is no mention of Elohim creating the water. The water was already here since He first created the Universe of which the earth is a very small speck. Earth was a ball covered completely with water!
In determining the time since Adam was created we can go into the books of Genesis and Exodus and determine from them the length of time from when Adam was created until Israel came out of the land of Egypt.

The children of Israel left Egypt in the year 1437 BC. See the Jubilee Calendar Chart #3 in Part 2b of this study. Seventy Jubilee Cycles from 1437 BC, when the Jubilee calendar began, extended to AD 1994 when the 70th Jubilee Cycle was observed. The study on Charts 1 & 2 (Click on shaded area to go to link.) from this series shows that a Jubilee cycle is 49 years in length.
70 x 49 + 1 = 3,431 years From the leaving of Egypt to AD 1994
+ 2,668 years From Adam to leaving Egypt
= 6,099 years From Adam to the year AD 1994
If the total number of years from Adam to AD 1994 is 6,000 years instead of 6,099 then it would coincide with the 70th Jubilee year being AD 1994. I believe the 70th Jubilee year is accurately given as AD 1994 and 1437 BC is the true date of the Exodus from Egypt. The Jubilee Calendar from 1437 BC to AD 1994 has a template built into it. The charts given in Part 2b of this study show that the years of 457 BC, 408 BC, AD 34, and AD 1798 are specific years pointed out in the prophecies of Daniel, and it is not just a coincidence that they fall on Jubilee years but are there to show us the validity of the 70 year Jubilee calendar and their starting point and ending point. So the 70th Jubilee year of AD 1994 and if it is the 6,000th year since Adam was created, they confirm one another. Today we are in the 25th year (AD 2019) since AD 1994 and in the 6025th year since Adam was created.
If there were two changes made in the age of the Patriarchs by adding 100 years to one and subtracting 1 year from another you would have 99 years which I believe is what may have been done. Do I have any proof for this? No. But bear with me as we continue with this study on with that assumption.
In Daniel 7:25 of the New American Standard we read, "he will intend to make alterations in times and in law."
In Jeremiah 8:8 we read "How do you say, We are wise, and the law of Yahuwah is with us? Lo, certainly in vain made He it; the pen of the scribes is in vain" (emphasis added).
We know that Daniel 7:25 is talking about the "little horn" which we discovered is the papacy. Click on shaded area to go to the study on Daniel Chapter 7. But what about what is said in Jeremiah 8:8? Do we have any assurance that the scribes always copied what they were copying correctly? We can read about how ancient Israel never followed the ways of Elohim in the Old Testament. Is it just a possibility that the scribes perverted the Scriptures? "For you have perverted the words of the living Elohim, of Yahuwah of hosts our Elohim" (Jeremiah 23:36, emphasis added). If they did, which I believe they did for that is what we are told from the Bible itself, then I believe this is one of those instances that can be found in the Old Testament where they had their hand in mischief-making. Actually they were used by Satan in order to keep us from arriving at important information in order to keep us from discovering certain precious truths that Elohim would try to make known to us.
The Biblical New Year begins at the first full moon after the Spring Equinox. See Exodus 12:2. See our study on How the Lunar-solar Calendar Works by clicking on the shaded area. We are now in the 6025th year since the Creation of Adam upon this earth. This is according to the information provided to us from the books of Genesis and Exodus from the geneaolgies of the Patriarchs to when Israel left Egypt and from the time when the children of Israel left Egypt calculated by the Jubilee Calendar to the conclusion of the 70th Jubilee cycle. I believe that Elohim works on a time scedule that He has set up and can be comprehended by man. In the beginning, He set up the 7 day week during the week of Creation. Six work days and the 7th day Sabbath. Many, including myself, believe this is how the plan of salvation is depicted also. We are told "that one day is with Yahuwah as a thousand years, and thousand years as one day" (2 Peter 3:8). 6,000 years of sin upon planet earth and then the Sabbath Millenium (1,000 years) is spent in heaven prior to returning to this earth when Elohim will set up His everlasting kingdom which will last throughout eternity.
If there is a 99 year error, then we are now in the 6025th year since Adam was created and not in the year 6124. In Daniel Chapter 9 (click on the shaded area to go to the link) is a prophecy that is discussed at length in my book, Go, Tell the World Their Danger! Israel was given 70 weeks (70 x 7 = 490 years prophetically which is ten Jubilee Cycles) to set up the everlasting kingdom and to "bring in everlasting righteousness." They failed in accomplishing Elohim's earnest desire for their nation, and in AD 34, Elohim ended His relationship with the nation of Israel at the time of Stephen's stoning by the Jews (Acts 7:59-60). Thirty-six years later in AD 70, the city of Jerusalem and the Temple for the worship of Elohim were destroyed as was prophesied in Daniel 9. Why the additional thirty-six years after He had given them 490 years "to finish the transgression and bring in everlasting righteousnes?" The additional 36 years brings us to the year AD 70 when the city of Jerusalem and the Temple were destroyed. Seventy, as in AD 70, 70 years of Babylonian captivity, 70 weeks determined on the nation of Israel, and 70 elders appointed as judges to assist Moses, in the Bible is a number that has to do with judgment. See Jeremiah 25:12, Daniel 9:24, Numbers 11:16, 24. This was also discussed in Part 2a of this series.
If you will look at charts 1-5 found in Part 2b of this study, you will see the 70 Jubilee cycles. Part 1, with Charts #1 and #2, show evidence that 49 years are contained in a Jubilee cycle. See Leviticus 25 for when Elohim set up this cycle at the Exodus from Egypt. The Jubilee cycle is one of the means that Elohim set up for the nation of Israel to mark time and ultimately for mankind to study and discover a precious truth pertaining to our day in which we are living. This Jubilee cycle was a part of the Jewish economy as were the weekly and annual feast days.
We know that "Yahushua Messiah is the same yesterday, and today, and forever" (Hebrews 13:8). And Elohim is no different than His Son. They are alike amd consistent in Their dealings with humanity. "I change not" (Malachi 3:6). I ask the question: if Elohim gave an additional 36 years, after the 10 Jubilee Cycles, to the nation of Israel before He destroyed their city and Temple, is He giving mankind an additional 36 years, after the 70 Jubilee Cycles, before the conclusion of this earth's history and Yahushua returns? If so, then we are into the 25th year since the 70th Jubilee Cycle ended in AD 1994, hence 6025 (2019-April 9, 2020). I believe that the 6,000th year of this earth's history ended in AD 1994 when the 70th Jubilee cycle also ended. And if we are in the 25th year since the 6,000th year, do we have another 11 years, before the end comes and Yahushua returns? If so, then 2030 A.D. would be the 36th year since the 70th Jubilee Cycle ended which was also the 6,000th year of this world's history since Adam was created? Irregardless of whether or not AD 1994 is the 6,000th year since Adam was created AD 2030 is the 36th year since the end of the 70th Jubilee cycle.
With the condition of the world, one wonders whether we can even bear another 11 years? I became a Christian in 1973 expecting Yahushua to return very soon. Forty-six years later, He has not returned yet. Has there been a delay? Elohim's purposes know no haste or delay. He is punctual; always right on time. "But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My Master delayeth His coming" (Matthew 24:48, emphasis added). It may very well be that we have not understood Elohim's timeline correctly? In Acts 1:7, Yahushua told His disciples "It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which My Father hath put in His Own power" (emphasis added). It may not have been necessary for the disciples to know, but it may be necessary for us to understand "the times and the seasons!" Yahushua told us He will return and when He does He will be right on time; His time, not our time. My wife and I have memorized a number of the Psalms, and over and over again we have come across the word "wait." We are an impatient species. We have need of patience. "For you have need of patience, that, after you have done the will of Elohim, you might receive the promise. For yet a little while, and He that shall come will come, and will not tarry" (Hebrews 10:36-37, emphasis added). When Yahushua returns, He will come right on time and "will not tarry" even though to us it may seem that He does. "Amen. Even so, come, Master Yahushua" (Revelation 22:20).
"I have yet many things to say unto you, but you canot bear them now. Howbeit when He the Spirit of truth, is come, He will guide you into all truth: for He shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak: and He will show you things to come" (John 16:12-13). Yahushua told us, we will not know the day nor the hour (Matthew 25:13), but He never said we could not know when the month or the year would be, did He? I believe in using the Jubilee calendar we canlocate the year (AD 2030) when He will return. To determine the month He will return, we must look to another calendar - the Biblical Lunar-solar calendar.
